Core Responsibilities

• Manage internal, ship-to-ship and long-range communications.
• Coordinate cargo, supplies, equipment and mission materials.
• Maintain accurate logistical records and track resource movement across the ship.
• Support away teams with communications links, equipment and supply planning.
• Work with Operations, Transporter Control and Engineering to move personnel and materials safely.
• Assist Command with diplomatic messages, priority transmissions and communications security.
• Ensure essential resources reach the correct department or location without delay.

Role During Live Missions

During live missions, the Communications & Logistics Officer keeps information, equipment and mission support moving efficiently across the Navigator. They may establish contact with other vessels or worlds, manage disrupted communications, coordinate supplies for away teams or trace important transmissions. The role suits a player who enjoys organisation, information flow and supporting several departments at once.
